We're building in the open

There's a new Roadmap now, and it's deliberately honest: three lanes for what's genuinely live today, what's under construction, and what's explicitly still on the way.

The pages marked “(mockup)” — community, events, messages and a few others — are previews. They show where a feature is going, with no live data behind them yet, and they now link straight to the roadmap so you always know what's real.

And this blog is part of the same idea: every real milestone gets written up here, in plain language, as it ships.
