Clan chat is live
Every clan now has its own private chat — members only, with the full history when you join.
Your clan has a voice now. On the clans page you'll find your clan's chat: a private room that only current members can read and write. Join a clan and you can scroll back through everything that was said before you arrived; leave, and the door closes behind you — immediately.
It follows the same rules as everything else here: your messages are permanent (nothing gets silently rewritten), a mute applies here just like everywhere else, and blocking a clanmate hides their messages from your view without silencing them for the rest of the clan.
One design detail we're a little proud of: the chat doesn't even have a concept of "which clan" in its address — it's simply the chat of your clan. There is no way to peek into someone else's. Invites and clan events are still on the list.
