Events are real — register for cups and community nights
The Events page now shows real upcoming tournaments you can actually sign up for, with live capacity and deadlines.
Events is the third “(mockup)” page to graduate. The schedule is real now: upcoming cups and community nights, each with the game, the format, a registration deadline, and a live count of who's signed up. Hit Register and you're in — or cancel if plans change.
We were careful about what an event is allowed to be. An event announces a competition and records who registered — and nothing more. Registering is not a reserved seat or a guaranteed spot; it's you saying “count me in.” The actual matches still run through the normal lobby, results are decided by the game (never by the event), and any prizes flow through the same progression system as everything else. An event can't quietly hand out a win or a reward.
That leaves the fun part — brackets, standings and prizes wired to real match results — as the next slice. For now the schedule and registration are genuinely live.
